Atlanta office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks employment litigation associate attorney with employment law or litigation experience in the federal sector, including experience with any or all of the following: the EEOC, MSPB, OSC, and OPM. The candidate will have direct client contact and quickly gain hands-on litigation experience in an administrative law setting. Will receive direct guidance from the senior attorneys in the Firm and can expect an environment where questions are encouraged and the success of the team is a priority. Manage full-cycle litigation for cases in front of the EEOC, MSPB, OFO, OSC, and OPM. Draft complaints, motions, discovery, and other case-related documents. Take and defend depositions. Negotiate settlement agreements. Conduct hearings in person, telephonically, and via video conference; and advise clients regarding their employment matters. Should have experience representing federal employees in employment claims, federal court litigation experience, or other experience needed in a general federal litigation practice. Must have an active Bar license anywhere in the United States.
