Profile

Atlanta office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks associate attorney with 3+ years of legal experience, including drafting contracts and familiarity with legal disputes in litigation or an administrative setting. The candidate will report to the Managing Partner and work closely with firm Partners, Senior Employment Counsel, other associates, and law clerks. Will work on projects designed to cultivate the substantive and practical skills necessary to Advise clients first-hand; Draft novel and complex contracts; Master federal and multi-state legal and compliance requirements; Negotiate for clients in informal and administrative settings; Advocate in a variety of disputed contexts; Manage multi-jurisdictional, interdisciplinary projects from start to finish. Should preferably have experience with business, transactional, or employment law. An active Bar license and a clean disciplinary history are prerequisites. Should be creative and practical problem solvers with clear-eyed judgment and strong critical thinking.
