Pure Storage is looking for Technical Services Team Lead. In this role you will lead, help build and lead our support team that works on complex and challenging issues from our customers and partners. You will recruit, motivate and mentor team members to deliver a high quality customer experience.

The goal of this organization is to help our customers solve problems quickly, efficiently and build the muscle to solve problems that would ordinarily have to be sent to the Development team to solve. This position is ideal for a strong support lead looking to take the next step in their career and work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial culture.

We are looking for someone who has keen appreciation and experience for customers and operational excellence including case handling, technical support best practices and processes, employee coaching, ownership of critical issues and meeting key metrics. We are seeking champions for our customers.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE…

Minimum 3 years of experience in customer-facing, technical support work and a

t least 2 years in a position of leadership/management role.

Ability to develop a strong team, encourage others to achieve shared goals.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, soft skills, and ability to present information in a clear and concise manner.

Must be able to contribute to the success of employees.

Build collaborative relationships and influence cross-functionally.

Interview and Hire Candidates.

Creative learning and values innovation throughout.

Resolve customers problems and issues utilizing appropriate internal and external resources.

Support both hardware and software products, triaging and escalating to internal cross functional teams.

Prior technical services experience at a storage or industry related company is a bonus.

Must be able to work: Sunday - Thursday from 3 pm - 12 am MT
