The candidate must have JD degree with excellent academic credentials. NJ Bar Admission required,NY Bar Admission, a plus. Must have 3+ years of personal injury tort litigation experience. Insurance coverage experience, a major plus. Immediate client contact and assumption of responsibilities. Trial experience is a plus but is not required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. Strong professional judgment, problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to communicate professionally to internal and external clients. Proactiveness, resourcefulness, and a strong work ethic. Ability to work independently and multi-task required.
