As a Broker Manger - Middlle Markets, you will report directly to the Regional Practice Leader.Your Impact a Broker Manager - Middle MarketsJob Responsibilities:Management of book including servicing of existing accounts and participation in RFP’s for new business opportunities.Lead and manage an experienced team of Commercial lines brokers, including, goal setting, performance appraisal, career development, budgeting, and time managementProvide outstanding and timely service and support to clients, your managers, client relationship managers and originatorsIdentify and analyze client exposuresHelp market submission and product design options to clients, relationship managers, and originatorsDevelop and maintain thorough knowledge of the high-net-worth insurance marketplace, products and services, developing productive business relationships with key insurance underwritersDrive utilization of all available technology throughout broking process and client service processDevelopment and execution of client service planAdhere to all best practicesReplicate effective products/solutions across syndicationRetain and grow assigned clients/prospectsRecognize and develop opportunitiesAdhere to the highest standards of professionalism and ethical behavior in all activitiesYou Bring Knowledge and ExpertiseRequired Experience:Minimum of 8-10 years’ experience in the insurance industry specifically in Commercial InsuranceTeam management experience preferred, but not requiredProven collaboration skills enabling the candidate to successfully lead broking teams and leverage thought leaders in pursuit of greater client, carrier and Aon outcomesStrong oral presentation skills and the ability to clearly articulate complex messages in written formInvolvement in the transaction of insurance for commercial market companiesA network of carrier relationships, carrier references requiredStrong negotiation skillsExperience using management reports to identify opportunities and impact resultsConsistent achievement of assigned territorial or practice goalsTrack record of successful recruiting of high-performing talentStrong work ethicEducation:Bachelor’s degree preferred How we support our colleagues  In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
