Duties:

• Represent a diverse array of public and private real estate entities, including REITs and institutional investors, in various transactions.
• Oversee acquisitions, dispositions, restructurings, and complex financing arrangements within commercial real estate.
• Provide comprehensive legal guidance to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Draft, review, and analyze crucial legal documents related to real estate transactions.
• Deliver strategic insights based on robust business judgment and legal expertise.
• Efficiently manage multiple projects while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

Requirements:

• Must hold a valid license to practice law in the applicable jurisdiction.
• A minimum of six years of experience in managing structured securities offerings.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active attorney license in the jurisdiction of practice.
