International Tax Manager
The candidate will report to the International Tax Director and assist with the following: Transfer Pricing. Documentation in accordance with BEPS Action 13 and local transfer pricing rules/requirements. Development/refinement of transfer pricing policy. Maintenance/updating of intercompany agreements. International Planning. Management of international tax issues, transactions and operations in coordination with regional finance teams. Management of international advisors with respect to all international tax issues including transfer pricing. Monitor/respond to changes in relevant non-U.S. tax law. Monitoring/respond to changes in U.S. tax law (e.g. BEAT). M&A and related due diligence, structuring, entity rationalization and integration. Restructure issues. Entity formation/liquidation. Withholding tax issues. Tax Audits. Support and manage non-U.S. tax audits in coordination with corporate and regional finance teams. Provision. Quarterly and annual transfer pricing calculations. Coordination with provision team on international aspects of provision. International Compliance. Manage U.S. international tax compliance (Forms 5471, 5472, 8858, 8991, etc.). Monitoring global compliance with regions. Assisting compliance team with monitoring and inventory of tax returns, etc. Assisting compliance team with cash tax forecasts.
