Policy Manager, Global Content Management
The candidate will provide strategic input and thought leadership to help shape Meta’s integrity approach to conflict-affected countries. Ensure that the Policy org has a strong and trusted voice at the table in cross-team discussions and negotiations. Organise and help facilitate regular cross Policy team meetings to drive alignment and progress. Lead or support development of executive briefing to keep leaders updated on progress and challenges. Lead or support leadership escalations/decision memos, providing insightful analysis and weighing up options. Willing to be flexible and help on adjacent issues as needed. Bachelor’s degree in political science, international relations, law or related field. 8+ years experience in policy, government, risk management, or operations. Interest in international politics, security or human rights. Demonstrated organizational and problem solving experience. Experience in grasping and explaining complex technical concepts to non-experts. Fluency in English. Master's degree, Juris Doctorate or related advanced degree. Experience working at a Tech Company. Experience with international internet/social media and/or human rights issues.
