Immigration Consultant (Chinese bilingual)
Duties: Lead online or offline seminars that tailor to perspective clients on immigration matters, including but not limited to Employment-Based green card, E-2 visa, L-1 visa, etc. Assist with communications and marketing services to companies and individuals. Assist with business development and marketing activities. Assist with coordinating global immigration matters with our network of local counsel across the globe. Work directly with our Client Services to conduct intake as well as return calls, emails, and other inquiries from potential clients. Monitor and review changes in U.S. immigration laws and regulations and in immigration forms. Handle legal research and writing in support of visa applications if applicable.
