Duties: Contact clients, insurance companies, and medical providers as necessary. Follow up with clients via telephone, e-mail, and regular mail in a timely manner resolving questions and documenting communications. Maintain confidential information, including medical records, insurance details, and contact information, ensuring proper and accurate data entry and organization within the Case Management System (CMS). Draft demands. Request, review, and summarize medical records and bills. Prepare and file complaints via Electronic Case Filing. Prepare and submit Plaintiff Fact Sheets/Plaintiff Profile Forms electronically. Arrange and follow-up with client care as needed. Organize, save, and file all matter-related documents. Draft, save, mail, fax, and/or email correspondence and supporting documents. Keep track of case expenses, including copy and postage charges, entering into CMS for each client. Timely response and completion of tasks assigned by handling attorney. Accurately gather and document activities in the firm’s database.
