The Learning Facilitation Professional 2 conducts or facilitates training courses for organization employees or external audiences. The Learning Facilitation Professional 2 work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action.

Where you Come In
The Resolution Team is seeking candidates who are passionate about learning and development and associate experience to fill the role of Learning Facilitator Professional 2. This role is responsible for facilitating virtual instructor-led new hire and upskill training classes (generally ranging 5 - 10 weeks per class) primarily for Medicare Grievance and Appeals or other areas identified. The role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing all aspects of training programs for the effective delivery of facilitated classes. Individuals in this role must be able to create an environment that is conducive to learning and exchanging information, engaging the learners, and producing the desired outcomes. Analyzes course evaluations in order to judge effectiveness of training sessions and to implement suggestions for improvements. Evaluates the relevance of online resources to complement the facilitated experience in the fields as appropriate.
Primary Responsibilities
Deliver engaging facilitation of complex skills-based training - ensuring ability to bring energy and understanding to a classroom environment. Able to follow curriculum while maintaining appropriate pace and engagement of the classroom environment. Create a safe and inclusive environment for individuals to learn.
Provide instruction and guidance through virtual platforms (Zoom, WebEx, etc.) using both live instruction and asynchronous models of delivery for small to large group classes.
Ensure deep understanding of the course curriculum and sufficient subject matter understanding for effective delivery of course material.
Be curious and a fast-learner - willing to collaborate with partners to learn and adjust to new ways of working.
Develop strong partnerships with the Learning Design team, operational teams, Subject Matter Experts (SME's) who support class training, and process teams to ensure continuous improvement, learner engagement, and positive associate experience are delivered through the training sessions.
Review data and insights from learner satisfaction, proficiency testing, and job performance to drive continuous improvement and provide weekly feedback to Operational Leaders on classroom/learner progress.
Provide continuous and on-going feedback for the Learning Design team to support curriculum development, enhancements, and updates.
May need to provide classroom administrative duties such as pulling and analyzing reports, rosters, scheduling of classes, and setting up case-type specific examples in training region.

Required Qualifications - What it takes to Succeed
Minimum of 1 year experience in adult learning or on the job training support
Minimum of 2 years of experience in operational work in Grievance and Appeals, Claims Research, Call Center or other operational areas
Work experience in a health care and / or Insurance setting
Experience using a wide variety of training tools to effectively facilitate to an audience of a minimum of 15 people
Demonstrated experience using guided curriculum (PowerPoint or other facilitator guides/systems) to deliver training for groups for extended class delivery (multi-week delivery)
Skilled in using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams and SharePoint
Experience managing projects or processes
Must be able to work Monday-Friday 8-5EST hours but also available to work overtime and weekends as needed based on business needs
Must be able to travel on-site up to 25% within the US based business needs once travel restrictions are lifted
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Preferred Qualifications
High School Diploma, GED or job related certification
Bachelor's degree or Master's Degree
Training or learning development experience
Prior experience with training delivery specifically in the areas of Medicare, CMS guidelines, Grievance & Appeals, claims and/or benefits
Experience with operational systems such as CAS, CI, MTV, MHK, CGX, Mentor and Learning Management systems (ex. Cornerstone LMS)
Understanding of curriculum design and adult learning principles
