Profile

Seeking Technology Transactions Associate with 3+ years of technology/IP transactional experience. The candidate will have experience analyzing, drafting and counseling clients on a variety of technology/IP transactions, such as those involving the assignment, licensing, and development of technology/IP, distribution of products, and provision of services. Must demonstrate the potential to independently manage projects, interact with clients, and work effectively as a team member. Technical background or work experience relevant to pharmaceuticals, biotech, medical devices, software or semiconductors is preferred. M&A experience preferred. Superior academic credentials and excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills are required.
