Required Related Experience
The physical requirements of this position include: sitting at a computer workstation for extended periods of time with regular repetitive motions (such as typing); occasionally lifting, pushing, and/or pulling objects 50lbs or more; intermittent exposure to loud noises; and occasionally dealing with combative or violent people.
Monday through Friday, 12:30pm-9:00pm
The Staff Support Associate serves as a navigator at the UK Healthcare information desks. The position will assist with way-finding, patient throughput, maintaining a safe environment, and communication between staff and guests. Additional duties include clerical assignments related to customer relations.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
The skills and knowledge needed to be successful in this position are excellent communication skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; and the ability to work well within a fast-paced, high-stress, teamwork-centered environment.

Experience in customer services or healthcare support services preferred.
