The candidate will assist attorneys with client intake and consultation as well as in court, at depositions and other legal proceedings. Research for and draft legal documents filed with the court. Coordinate and manage communications with clients, court personnel and other attorneys. Communicate with and maintain productive working relationships with clients. Analyze and reorganize office filing system to increase office productivity. Should have Bachelor's degree or current student. Excellent written and reading skills. The ability to multitask and work on several projects at once. Utilizes MS Office Suite and other applications. The ability to maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
