Securitization Associate (mid-level)

The candidate must have 3 to 5 years of related transactional experience representing one or more of the following: sponsors, issuers, underwriters and investors in CMBS and CRE CLO transactions; and lenders in real estate financing and other asset-based lenders, which experience includes acting on a team in CMBS transactions, repurchase transactions and secured loan facilities, and/or CLOs, and has experience with sophisticated large multi-party transactions. Experience with respect to funds finance transactions and NAV lines is a plus. The group does highly sophisticated and diversified work for large-scale banks, specialty lenders and equity investors.
