The candidate will join a high volume Venture/Growth/Sponsor Lending practice. Must have 1-3 years of experience representing banks and/or private credit funds on loans to technology, life sciences and/or middle market companies. Should preferably have immediately transferable skills and strong academic background from a nationally recognized school. Must have admission to the Bar in state where located.
