Data Support Specialist - Part Time
The Data specialist is responsible for assisting with day to day operations of the Data Department. This person reports directly to the Intake Manager and acts under his or her direction. Package Directs and Red Bags. Operate mailroom equipment when necessary (postage machine). Daily mail runs to post office. Combine data from multiple systems on the computer, Filing as needed, All other duties as assigned. Intermediate knowledge in MS Outlook, Word and Excel. Ability to work well under pressure and to exercise good judgement. Strong attention to detail, organized and able to multitask and prioritize workload, Time management skills, Dependable and reliable, Ability to lift 50 lbs, Valid Driver’s License and car insurance. High School Diploma, Prior office experience a plus.
