Manager, Employee Engagement and Internal Communications

Duties: The candidate will lead the strategy and execution of the firm’s employee engagement and internal communications initiatives. Reporting to the Director of Public Relations and Social Media, the Manager works collaboratively across the entire Marketing department, with the firm’s lawyers and other global operations teams. Lead internal communications activities for the firm. Create and execute an employee engagement strategic plan. Write and edit communications in support of various initiatives across the firm’s global operations departments and legal teams. Manage news and editorial content on the firm’s intranet. Partner with the Talent department on communications around the signature Goodwin Experience Initiative. Plan and execute engagements, including town halls, with the various stakeholder groups. Draft speeches, talking points, and related materials for internal events. Review, recommend and – in partnership with the awards and rankings team – pursue opportunities for the firm to be recognized as an employer of choice in the market.
