Duties: Conduct legal research and draft memos in response to inquiries. Draft complaints, motions (i.e., motion for preliminary injunction, motion for expedited discovery), briefs, memos of points and authorities in support of motions, declarations, discovery demands. File court documents. Responsible for correspondence, scheduling, preparing documents, filing, and inventory. Draft and review contracts. Conduct due diligence.
