Duties: Provide free disability case evaluations to individuals seeking disability benefits Help identify potential clients by contacting prospects through a combination of calls and emails. Confer with prospects about disability benefits and promote services offered by law firm. Record accurate and relevant information is while conducting the case evaluations. Answer phone, record messages and route calls to the appropriate people or department. Promoting our empathetic, effective advocacy by establishing rapport with our prospects and clients.
