Probate Estate & Trust Attorney (Northville)

Growing Northville estate planning/probate and elder law firm seeks full time estate planning and probate estate/trust attorney with 5 to 10 years experience.

Responsibilities:

Administration of deceased estates and trusts; all aspects

Preparing wills, trusts, advanced medical directives and powers of attorney from start to finish with no supervision

Client meetings, research and writing

Occasional court appearances in the Metro Detroit area

Preparation of estate plans and supporting documents using Wealth Counsel Software

Overall client and file management

Regular client contact and assistance

Document preparation, review and analysis - estate plans, filings with governmental entities

Requirements

Must be licensed in Michigan

5-10 years+ of estate planning, trust and probate administration experience

Exceptional communication skills

Must be punctual, professional attitude, and self-motivated

Strong work ethic (willing to work early and/or late when needed)

Very organized and detail oriented individual

Excellent verbal and writing skills
