Duties:

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering repeat business.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Partner specializing in Estate Planning within a reputable law firm.
• Demonstrated ability to bring a portable business ranging from $350,000 to $500,000.
• Strong leadership skills with the capacity to effectively manage and mentor legal professionals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active membership in the New York State Bar or eligibility for admission.
