Employment Litigation Associate
The candidate should have JD from an ABA accredited law school. Should have 3+ years of employment litigation experience including discrimination, harassment, wage & hour and employment contract cases. Experience handling employment litigation in federal and state court in Connecticut is required. Experience developing strategy, drafting pleadings, taking/defending depositions, arguing motions and the capability of working independently is required. Experience providing advice and counsel on workplace law issues, including employee relations, mitigation of risk, ADA and other workplace accommodation, employment agreements, reductions-in-force, and employment-related policies is preferred. Should be admitted to practice in Connecticut and New York.
