International Tax Manager

The candidate will providing the firm’s domestic and international clients representation in civil and to a lesser extent (occasional) criminal tax controversies and provide tax planning and compliance services. Must have: Bachelor Degree in Business Administration Majoring in Accounting (completed or in process). CPA. Eventual partnership opportunity possibly extended to Combo Tax Attorney CPA with LLM or Master’s Degree in Taxation. Advanced education in Taxation is a plus. A desire to go (or currently attending) law school is a plus. 7+ years of sophisticated international tax and information reporting and domestic individual, partnership and corporate tax (C and S) preparation experience with a public accounting firm. Experience with trust and estate tax preparation is a plus. Experience with representation in sophisticated federal and state tax controversies required. Collection representation experience is a plus. Working knowledge of QuickBooks, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Bilingual is a plus.
