To excel in this position, candidates must possess at least six-plus years of experience and a strong background in mechanical engineering work. Experience in engines, transmissions, suspensions, electric drive trains, industrial automation, robotics, pumping technology, and consumer products, coupled with a degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering, is highly desirable. Patent Bar admission and Indiana Bar admission, or the ability to waive into Indiana, are required.
