In this role, you will work with the retirement communication and education professionals at ADP Retirement Services to develop and execute industry leading digital communications. This is includes email communications, webcasts and webinars, as well audio and video production.

Day-to-Day You will be part of team responsible for helping drive participant outcomes through the execution and delivery of engaging and interactive content. This content will consist of emails delivered through our digital marketing engine as well as webcast and webinars that we produce internally.

What you’ll do:

Works with other Sr, Content Manager in production development of audio and video education assets. To include but not limited to:

Script editing

Teleprompter setup

Assist project teams in video request formation and execution

Camera operation

Sound board

Maintains processes and best practices for the maintenance, and reporting of email, mail, and other participant communication campaigns

Collecting and organizing data to be used in the deployment of communication campaigns and working with data of the results of those campaigns for reporting purposes

Assists Retirement Communications Managers (RCMs) in delivery of content, including slide decks, speaker notes, print collateral, emails, videos, ON24 webcasts and other medium

Participates on project teams and partners with cross-functional subject matter experts when creating content. Partners with RCMs, marketing, Compliance, and Retirement Counselors (RCs) to create and share solutions.

Provides support to the RCM team and serves as a point of escalation to help solve complex technical problems, using established escalation procedures.

Assists in maintaining content library on ADP works, including adding and editing content and assigning keywords and topic tags using approved workflows.

Performs other related duties as assigned

What you can expect on a typical day:

Participant communication support . You will be part of team responsible for helping drive participant outcomes through the execution and delivery of engaging and interactive content. This content will consist of emails delivered through our digital marketing engine as well as webcast and webinars that we produce internally.

Learn . You will continually refine your knowledge and skills in participation communications, audio and video editing software, and digital marketing email delivery. In addition, you will grow in your project management capabilities

Organize . You adhere to a daily schedule and organize yourself to deal with a high volume of digital marketing requests from our Retirement Communications team , Retirement Counselors and occasionally other parts of the Retirement Services Business.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

Experience with audio/video equipment (cameras, sound board, teleprompter)

Experience managing and manipulating data for reporting

A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job

Bonus points for these:

Ability to setup and use AV Equipment. Mic, Soundboard, Teleprompter, Lighting equipment, video equipment

Microsoft Excel
