Title IX Investigator
Duties: Investigate and resolve complaints of sexual misconduct, sexual harassment, gender-related violence including stalking and intimate partner violence, and involving undergraduate and graduate students at the University. Lead intakes and conduct prompt, thorough, and impartial investigations in response to complaints filed with the Office of Equal Opportunity or other partner University organizations. Provide detailed, unbiased reports that may inform judicial action or proceedings at the University. Create and participate in trainings to educate the University community on policy, laws and regulations, and reporting obligations. Reports to the Executive Director, Office of Equal Opportunity/Title IX Coordinator.
