Legal Services And General Counsel - Legal Affairs

The Candidate will be responsible to prepare and advise executive leadership on key legal issues, topics and regulatory changes and trends. Work with the Deputy General Counsel in connection with administrative matters for the Office of Legal Affairs, including the design, functionality and management of corporate legal services at Jefferson Health New Jersey and Magee. Transition, align and integrate the legal departments at Jefferson Health NJ and Magee into the system-wide legal department structure and triage the appropriate services to the Enterprise Office of Legal Affairs or Enterprise Assurance, Risk and Compliance offices. Work closely with leadership to understand enterprise strategic initiatives and business needs and establish and influence appropriate legal considerations, risk analyses, and decision-making to assure consistency with enterprise strategic objectives. Interact with co-workers, visitors, and other staff consistent with the values of Jefferson.
