• Conduct litigation file reviews and strategic planning with paralegals.
• Prepare cases for trial, taking responsibility as first chair if needed.
• Manage personal performance metrics, including settlements and case activities.
• Deliver exceptional client experiences to foster trust and referrals.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date case management records.
• Enhance litigation expertise to provide increasing value to the firm.

Requirements

• 3-7 years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience.
• Licensed attorney in Texas with a client-focused approach.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to collaborate with paralegals and support staff.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on strategic planning and trial preparation.
• Excellent communication skills to maintain client relationships.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Texas.
