Compliance Product Manager

Duties: Oversee and coordinate the various phases of the product lifecycle for a suite of products, with increased responsibility for independent planning and management. Work on projects that are very complex in scope, and be involved throughout the planning, development, launch, and maintenance of various projects. Bring visibility to the milestones, dependencies, and status that comprise the business, and promote continuous improvement through the evaluation and rollout of the use of best practices common among successful product, user and marketing compliance. Own the implementation and maintenance of the company’s compliance process. Ensure that policies, procedures, and programs comply with applicable regulatory requirements and mitigate the risk of non-compliance. Provide direct compliance advisory support to various business functions to promote compliance with laws, regulations, and best practices. Make effective recommendations to mitigate compliance risk. Monitor and analyze developing trends and changes in applicable laws and regulations, and advise management of the business and operational impact. Facilitate and/or lead the implementation of compliance changes throughout all business verticals, when needed, by working closely with each vertical owner. Effectively communicate in person and in writing complex compliance concepts. Participate in creating compliance updates for posting on company intranet or distribution via other channels.
