International Tax Manager

The candidate should have 5 years of public accounting and/or corporate tax experience. Must have a strong background in tax compliance and international tax matters. Broad exposure to Federal and State income tax-preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required. An active CPA license is needed. J.D. or LL.M. a plus. Must have strong tax compliance skills and experience in preparing and reviewing tax returns for individuals and various entities such as partnerships, S corporations, C corporations. Experience and knowledge of foreign reporting forms such as Forms 5471, 8865, 8858, 8938, 8621, and FBARs are required. Have a base knowledge in international tax rules and concepts applicable to corporations and individuals including the following is a plus: Inbound tax planning and reporting; Outbound tax planning including subpart F, PFICs, foreign tax credits, and cash repatriation planning; Tax reporting for international operations and reorganizations; Withholding tax rules and reporting; Foreign bank account reporting and FATCA.
