Estate Planning law firm in Durham, North Carolina seeks a college graduate, accountant or paralegal to join its trust and estate administration paralegal team.  Must be professional, motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.  Position entails extensive client contact, and ongoing interactions with financial institutions, preparation of court filings such as probate documents and annual accounts, preparation and transmittal of necessary documentation to transfer securities, preparation of claims for insurance proceeds, opening and closing estate accounts, and preparation of federal and state fiduciary income and estate tax returns.  Experience in this specialized practice is preferred but candidates with a strong will to learn and self-motivation will also be considered.  Full benefits (health, dental, 401(k)) provided.  Salary commensurate with experience and education.
