Clinical Instructor
The candidate will join Family Law/Domestic Violence Clinic. Will work in close collaboration with the Director of the Family Law/Domestic Violence Clinic, will be responsible for a docket of cases, will represent clients, and will train and supervise law students who enroll in the Clinic and who seek to develop lawyering skills. Will also support the work of the Passageway Health-Law Collaborative through community engagement, training workshops, and other efforts. Must have earned a J.D. at least 3 years ago, have at least 5 years of relevant experience, and be admitted to the Massachusetts bar or eligible for temporary admission pursuant to Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court Rule 3:04. Should have a demonstrated commitment to social justice advocacy. Prior experience in family law/domestic violence advocacy required. Prior experience in clinical education considered a plus.
