Duties: Draft and review routine contracts, including non-disclosure, management, employment, and other service agreements and amendments. Maintain database for all legal files of the Company and its contracted medical practices. Organize and maintain database for all material agreements of the Company and its contracted medical practices; prepare and maintain summaries of key terms for each of these agreements. Maintain database of all Company and its contracted medical practices trademarks, patents and other intellectual property. Organize and maintain corporate records for the Company and its contracted medical practices. Oversee and maintain qualifications and withdrawals in jurisdictions in which the Company and its contracted medical practices do business, and coordinate filing of annual reports in such jurisdictions with registered agent/corporate services. Draft and maintain Board and Board committee meeting minutes. Perform legal research under the supervision of Company attorneys. Perform administrative duties for members of the senior management team, including preparing presentations, managing Outlook calendars, travel arrangements, etc. Perform other duties as requested by the General Counsel and other members of the senior management team.
