Associate Counsel
Duties: The candidate drafts, negotiates, and advises on a wide range of contracts including master service agreements with AIS clients, agreements with AIS vendors, business associate agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and data processing agreements. Assists internal and external legal counsel to provide guidance on legal matters, and anticipates, mitigates, and advises the Employee Benefits business on potential business risks, and legal issues with client engagements, third party relationships, and business operations. Works with external counsel and internal business teams to respond to subpoenas and litigation discovery requests. Reviews and revises internal legal policies applicable to the Employee Benefits practice. Performs other duties as assigned.
