Legal Operations Analyst

The candidate establishes and maintains detailed knowledge of the Company’s products, services, and brands. Develops and manages initiatives designed to improve operational efficiency with collaboration from executives and colleagues in legal, finance, HR, billing, and other fulfilment teams. Takes a lead role in risk monitoring activities across departments and building relationships with staff, subcontractors, vendors, clients, and other stakeholders to problem solve and improve operational efficiencies. Manages and advises on domestic and international corporate governance, regulatory compliance, corporate registrations, and management of subsidiary entities. Responsible for the management, investigation, and resolution of billing, service, technical, compliance, and other routine matters affecting the daily operation of the business. Responsible for the provision of legal advice and counsel to staff on the provision of services and procedures while staying current on applicable laws and regulations. Represents the company in hearings, dispute resolution, and other legal matters as needed. Oversees and performs review, drafting and negotiation of contracts, agreements and other legal documents as directed. Performs other duties and responsibilities as directed. Should have a Juris Doctorate from an ABA-accredited law school. Member in good standing of the Florida Bar. Bachelor’s Degree in a Business discipline is preferred. Law firm or in-house experience preferred. Ability to work independently without supervision. Ability to prioritize multiple deliverables while meeting deadlines. Maintains confidentiality of any sensitive information as part of the job function.
