Governance Manager, Future Trends

The candidate will design, manage, and execute frameworks for assessing internal and external signals to coordinate the drafting of bi-weekly intelligence briefs. Research and draft briefings based on information gained from these frameworks. Support the development of mechanisms to produce on-demand briefings for leadership. Develop process improvements in relation to key team projects and initiatives. Develop tools and metrics for measuring the efficacy of projects. Help lead weekly meetings with Governance and Policy leaders identifying trends for bi-weekly briefs. B.A. or B.S. degree is required. J.D., LLM, LLB or other advanced degrees is preferred. Experience in program management and project planning is essential. Should have 9+ years of experience with strategic execution, marketing, communication and/or project management. Experience with drafting reports, briefs, policy papers, or other materials for leadership is preferred. Experience in collaboration between law, policy, intelligence or political science and technology is essential. Communication skills are needed. Experience working directly with senior executives and stakeholders is required. Strategic thinker, self-starter, intellectually curious and creative individual with experience operating in ambiguity.
