The candidate should have 7+ years of experience in all aspects of estate planning, including preparation of wills and trust documents; estate and trust taxation; and probate and trust administration. Experience in business succession planning and exit strategies; and, in advising high net worth individuals on complex estate and tax planning strategies is required. Experience managing practice group and/or other attorneys and para-professionals is required. Portable practice is preferred. Must be a member of the Maryland Bar (Florida, Delaware, Virginia, D.C., and other Mid-Atlantic states a plus).
