The candidate will delegate work to paralegals and legal assistants and monitor their work while taking full ownership for the outcome and all deadlines. Generate letters and legal papers for contract negotiations and actions, such as contracts, pleadings, briefs, affidavits, motions, depositions, and settlement agreements. Conduct client meetings to recommend strategies on legal matters, analyze available options, and diligently work to determine the best course of action. Create a legal strategy based on the aims of each client, the circumstances of the case, and applicable law. Attain or surpass the essential performance metrics for the role. Maintain an accurate record of the time and value you gave clients so you can analyze what worked and what didn't, as well as what you could do better in the future. Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree is required from an accredited law school. Must have successfully passed the state Bar exam and be in good standing [STATE/FEDERAL] Bar Association.
