The candidate will be preparing pitchbooks and responses to RFPs. Keeping marketing materials for designated practices up to date and helping to create new materials as necessary. Monitoring the collection of matter experience. Assisting with submissions to rankings and directories. Researching industries, clients, and prospects. Updating content on the firm’s intranet pages including marketing materials, business plans, presentations, and other resources. Updating practice group and team rosters on the website and Outlook distribution lists. Working with the events team to strategize, plan, and manage programs and webinars for clients and prospective clients, including building mailing lists and staffing programs when needed. Supporting market visibility and thought leadership activities for the Healthcare attorneys. Managing the firm’s sponsorship of relevant conferences. Supporting specific client teams, including monitoring client activity. Should have Bachelor’s Degree; Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Suite. Knowledge of InterAction and Vuture is a plus.
