Staff Counsel - Research and Writing
The candidate will perform factual and legal research and analysis. Attend hearings or depositions with partners or associates, as appropriate. Draft and review motions, briefs, and other legal documents. Advise partners or associates regarding controlling law, through the preparation of memoranda, in-person meetings, or other formats as appropriate. May perform other duties as assigned. drafting briefs and conducting legal research. A Juris Doctor degree is needed. Should be admitted to practice in the State of Colorado. Should have 3+ years of prior associate-level experience in a law firm or corporate setting. A strong aptitude for learning new technology is needed. Excellent time management and organizational skills are needed. Excellent communication skills both orally and written are needed.
