The candidate will manage Company’s state and federal licenses and federal and state product and label approvals. Research legal issues related to state and federal alcohol licensing and other regulatory requirements, intellectual property, employment, and commercial law. Brief the legal team on new laws, decisions, and regulations that may affect the company. Help with corporate governance and pre-litigation tasks as necessary. Assist on contract lifecycle compliance and oversight measures. Participate in company-sponsored events and outings. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
