Winston & Strawn LLP is looking for a real estate associate in our Miami office. The ideal candidate will have two to three years of experience in commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, debt and equity financings, developments, and joint venture formations. Candidates with any big firm experience is a plus. In addition, candidates should possess a strong academic background, superior drafting and negotiation skills, the ability to take on significant project responsibility and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should also be diligent, detail-oriented, proactive, supportive, and team-oriented. Oral and written fluency in Spanish preferred, but not required. All candidates must be admitted to the Florida State Bar.
