Investigative Analyst
Work closely with Partner and legal teams to define scope, goals & deliverables for audits and investigations related to employment-based immigration compliance
Identify and apply appropriate audit and risk methodologies and tools, design and execute audits
Design and implement investigative plans, including reviewing and analyzing documents and assisting with interviews of relevant parties
Assist in development of performance metrics to evaluate audit effectiveness.
Work within a team of attorneys & analysts to ensure delivery of projects on time, within budget & of high quality
Assist Partner in presentation of project deliverables & reports, including preparation of project metrics & financial analyses, to clients
Provide project updates and develop reports to meet stakeholder requirements and needs
Work with clients to gather information for audits and investigations and to maintain a productive client relationship
Collaborate with Partners, attorneys, and analysts on recommendations to clients for changes within immigration programs
Monitor changes in legislation and regulations likely to impact clients’ immigration programs
