the candidate provides legal advice on a range of legal, regulatory and compliance areas, including anti-bribery & corruption, controlled substances, quality, data privacy, etc. Substantiates marketing claims and conducts legal review of marketing materials and internal/external communications. Engages health and law enforcement agencies on registration, licensing, inspection, and enforcement activities. Liaises with key PSG leaders and Corporate Compliance to provide legal services to support the design, development and implementation of PSG’s Corporate Compliance Programs. Conducts internal investigations and handle disclosures. Drives compliance initiatives (including training), communications and cross-functional projects across PSG through an environment of continuous process improvement to improve efficiency, quality and productivity. Contributes with PSG Strategy, Corporate Development and other Company functional specialists on a variety of transactions in all stages, from initial presentations to integration & transition services.
