 Practice Leader, Actuarial & Client Analytics Leader  This role will work out of our Baltimore, MD office  Aon is in the business of better decisions At Aon, we shape decisions for the better to protect and enrich the lives of people around the world.  As an organization, we are united through trust as one inclusive, diverse team, and we are passionate about helping our colleagues and clients succeed. What the day will look like The role will straddle both the Actuarial & Analytics practice group and Commercial Risk Solutions D&A team on a global basis.   The focus of the role will be on strategy; operational best practice; tooling; investment for growth (organic and inorganic); and leadership with clients, prospects, colleagues, and the wider firm. The role will also work with the CRS D&A (client segment) leader to drive ‘NextGen’ risk analysis, client innovation and tool accessibility. The focus is on producing tools that support better client decision making and help navigate new forms of volatility.Enable and support alignment of regional A&A practice leads for strategy, innovation, thought leadership and client execution Support the alignment between A&A and AGRC’s strategy on risk financing, emerging risk and ART to ensure globally consistent deployment of best-in-class analytics in supporting better client decision making Contribute to new business and growth by articulating the value and differentiation of Aon’s D&A skills both internally and externally (as part of our wider client proposition)Sponsor and refine relevant analytics solutions focused on addressing new forms of volatility e.g., Supply Chain, Cyber, IP, Reputation risk etcDevelop and implement Industry best practices in Aon’s client facing tooling agenda Skills and experience that will lead to success Ten plus years of relevant actuarial or analytics experienceExperience bringing stakeholders together through inclusion and trust and lead a diverse team of risk quantification / risk financing professionals & data scientists.
