Product Counsel, Physical Stores Tech
The candidate will support businesses that are working to create new and innovative solutions to address complex regulatory and compliance challenges facing enterprise companies. Will be an integral partner to the business and will need to be comfortable providing counsel directly to senior business leadership both on legal and business issues. Will be responsible for drafting, negotiating and advising on strategic technology service and licensing agreements with enterprise customers and partners and provide legal support for product and marketing initiatives. Typical transactions will range from standard contracts to complex, high-dollar-value strategic alliance agreements. Juris Doctor and membership in good standing of at least one state bar. 5+ years of legal experience (with at least three years at a law firm). Experience with licensing and other technology transactions. Mix of corporate and in-house experience preferred. Experience with tax and data security issues preferred. Strong written and oral communications skills.
