The candidate must have at least 4 years of general corporate and mergers and acquisitions experience. Additional experience in securities and capital raising transactions, healthcare, technology, renewable energy, private equity and venture capital are beneficial although not required. Possess excellent academic credentials as well as strong organizational, research, writing, communication and analytical skills. Have an active Arizona Bar membership or be eligible to gain admission to the Arizona Bar. Collaborate with the attorneys in the firm’s tax, estate planning, intellectual property, labor and employment, and litigation practices to assist clients with all of their legal needs.
