Bohemia office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks trial attorney with experience. The candidate will manage auto bodily injury caseload and growing insurance defense caseload for personal lines auto clients. Will be expected to attend Court appearances, depositions, and hearings in person as well as virtually based on the needs of the firm. Handle all aspects of litigation and conduct legal research and analysis to provide accurate advice and representation. Draft legal documents, including pleadings and motions. Attend hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings. Communicate with clients to provide updates and guidance on their cases. Collaborate with colleagues and experts to build strong legal strategies. Must have demonstrable defense trial experience in auto and/or premises liability cases. Should be versed in the defense of an auto accident case in all phases of discovery, and depositions. Timely reporting is required. Experience in NYS Supreme Courts in the Five Boroughs is preferred. Proven experience in litigation is essential. Strong knowledge of legal principles and procedures is essential. Admission to the State Bar Association is needed.
