Job Overview: A prestigious law firm’s Finance & Restructuring practice group is seeking a mid-level Associate Attorney to join its Fund Finance team. This position is ideal for candidates with 4-6 years of transactional legal experience, particularly those with a background in finance law.

Duties

• Oversee and support fund finance transactions within the Finance & Restructuring team.
• Draft, negotiate, and review complex finance-related agreements and transactional documents.
• Conduct in-depth legal research to support finance transactions and case strategies.
• Provide clients with regular updates and strategic guidance on fund finance matters.
• Ensure compliance with applicable legal standards and best practices in all finance transactions.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in transactional law; finance law experience is preferred.
• Strong academic credentials, with a proven ability in research and analysis.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active bar membership in good standing in the candidate’s state of residence.
